Classes

Every Saturday: 10:00 – 11:30 am

Classes are held every Saturday morning at 6th and Adams Street in Denver, Colorado. People of all heritages will enjoy the tremendous energy of this natural dance accompanied by live African drums.

Learn traditional Nigerian dances from South of the Sahara. Explore individual hip, foot, shoulder and torso movements essential to African Dance. Bring a water bottle! You just might sweat!

Cost: $10.00 ($5.00 for students, seniors, and those on limited income, except on days with guest instructors)
